Electronics & Cellphone Policy
At César Chávez Middle School, we are committed to creating a focused, respectful, and distraction-free learning environment. To support this goal, we have clear guidelines regarding the use of cell phones and electronic devices during school hours.
While we understand that many students carry phones for safety and communication before or after school, cell phones must remain off and out of sight throughout the instructional day, including during class, passing periods, and in restrooms.
