Please review the steps below to complete the process and prepare for your registration appointment.

7th Grade
Tuesday, August 5
- Last Names A-F: 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Last Names G-L: 1:15-3 p.m.
Wednesday, August 6
- Last Names M-Q: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Last Names P-Z: 1:15-3 p.m.
8th Grade
Thursday, August 7
- Last Names A-F: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Friday, August 8

Make-up Registration:

Set Up Your Aeries Parent Portal
All parents/guardians must log in to the Aeries Parent Portal to access and complete required authorizations and registration forms.
Please Note: An active email address is required to create a Parent Portal account. A Gmail account works best with the Aeries system.

Complete Online Data Confirmation BEFORE Registration Day
What You Need to Know:

Data Confirmation must be completed each summer for every student before they can attend orientation or receive a class schedule.

Log in to your Aeries Parent Portal to review and update your student’s information (address, phone number, emergency contacts, etc.), then print the Data Confirmation Page and Title I Form.

You can update your student’s information anytime during the school year through Aeries.

Completing this process is a requirement before your student can participate in school orientation or receive their class schedule.
What to Expect ON Registration Day
On your student's Registration date, you and your student will need and receive the following items:
- Printed and signed documents:
- Title I Form (Parent Signature)
- Data Confirmation Page (Parent Signature)
- Directory Information Release Form
- Parent and Student Handbook Form
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Three-way Compact (Parent and Student Signature)
- 7th Grade Students: Please return your 6th grade textbooks to your elementary school before attending orientation.

8th Grade Students: Bring any 7th grade textbooks or library books that need to be returned.
- Chromebooks: If your student does not have a Chromebook checked out, one will be issued. Optional Insurance:
- $20 for one year
- $70 for four years
- Bring the device and cash payment to purchase insurance at registration

Receive textbooks for the school year

Sign up for before- and after-school programs and sports

Purchase P.E. clothes

Want to Attend CCMS but Live Outside Our Boundaries?
If you live outside the Cesar Chavez Middle Middle School attendance area and wish to attend this school, visit the LUSD Student Services Department at the District Office to request an intra-district permit.
